Hello, the LT for mw2 says to buy using paypal i need to message in discord, who should i contact there?

Tried both options, store and exchanger, tried with 2 cards from different banks, declined. Seems like the website is not taking cards from Mexico, is there any way to do it simple and pay using paypal?
