Problem with Credit Card

I am trying to purchase 1 month cod warzone, when i choose Credit Card as way to pay it directs me to 3rd party payment website which doesnt show any payment methods, can you please show me the right way?

Seems like PayOp is not enabled in your country or the browser is blocking it.
