We are undetected since release and it seems like there maybe some misunderstanding with the video you watched.
You don't need spoofer unless you rage. Spoofer is necessary in case if you already got ban before in COD.

have u ever been banned ever since, im thinking of purchasing but most providers do not provide any transparency
