Cold War help

I'm not very computer savy, I currently play on an x box series x with a cronus and it's ok but now the game I play Cold War is flooded with series cheaters. I am going to buy a laptop just so I can play with your hacks, is there a guide from step 1 to finish because I will need it. Thank you.

It works with both Windows 10 & 11.
