I need help from a moderator my support tab isnt working (theres a required field box that will not let me select anything)

Hi, So I have purchased just one month a short while back i used it up and then didnt buy another for a few weeks, then today I bout and paid (and its been processed the email said 2 hours ago) then I got a key in 1 of the 2 emails i got. I already have the software installed from before and when it ran out I noticed that i am prompted for a new key when I open it up. this is where I tried to enter the key I got ( i copied and pasted it twice and also typed it myself twice) and it says invalid key. so im looking around the site for help and I click on purchase tab and go to orders and my one month shows from a couple months ago but the one I purchased today does not. I have the emails with confirmation numbers and receipt and all that. so im just trying to get the cheats going again and I need a little help please.       ps I dont know if this matters but I didnt click the renew button under orders to get another month I just got another month under the purchase tab and got to the store that way.

If you have purchased with card kindly check your email. You need to redeem the key in order to get access. That key which you got in the email is not the loader key. Its the redeem key which needs to be activated on website. We have also mentioned this in the email which you get after purchase.

If you purchase with crypto you will directly get access on website but since we use exchangers to handle card payments, you have to redeem the key first in order to get access. I hope this clarifies your question.
