Wanted to know if it has built in spoofer please.

We do not sell spoofer. It's always recommended to use good permanent spoofer if you want to start fresh. You can also use permanent spoofer to mask your original HWID and in case if you get ban use permanent spoof again or flash BIOS if you want to get back to your original HWID. 
COD: MW3/WZ3 is undetected since release. We have implemented significant improvements to our loader security and tested it for several days before releasing. If you maintain your stats and do not get reported too often you will be fine.
