Save Cheat settings

How do I save my settings on the loader. I've created a few files with the settings, but everytime I relaunch the cheats they never show up when I try to load them. Is it because I need to extract it from Winrar or something? Also I use the steam cheats if that helps

Hello,
1. Go to other tab >> create settings file name.
2. Make the changes in the features according to you.
3. Click on save settings.
That's it. Whenever you relaunch the cheat, select your settings and click on load settings.
