- The menu issue you're experiencing is caused by the latest Windows 11 update (version 24H2). To confirm your Windows version, type "winver" in the Start menu. If it shows Windows 11 24H2 (Build 26100.4202), that’s the source of the issue.

We’re actively working on a fix and expect it to be resolved within the next 2–3 days. In the meantime, please uninstall the latest update by going to:
Settings > Windows Update > Update History > Uninstall Updates.
Also, we recommend pausing Windows updates temporarily to prevent the issue from reoccurring. You can do this in:
Settings > Windows Update > Pause Updates.

- We’ve also synced the extra time to your website account to compensate for the lost time. You should now see the updated subscription duration under manage purchases.
