loader is down for a week

the loader was down for a week then they say time will be compensated then they end my key with no compensation i was able to use it for maybe 2 hours in total  lmaooooo

Apologies for the late reply. We’ve been experiencing a high number of support tickets recently, and while we normally respond quickly, this delay was due to ongoing updates and improvements to the loader.

- We always compensate for any lost time, and when an update takes longer than expected, we often add bonus time as well. Please note that, for security reasons, our loader is not directly synced with the website — which is why the added time may not immediately appear there. However, rest assured that the extra time has been added, and we’ve now synced it to your website account as well.
