GPU Compatibility [COLD WAR]

Hi there,

I have tried to use other intel-based cheats for Cold War. Others and myself who had the GTX 9XX series experienced severe crashing issues and couldn't use the software. 
So my questions are:

1. Will my GTX 970 GPU cause issues with this cheat?
2. If I do have issues with the cheat, am I eligible for a refund?

Works for both AMD and NVIDIA. There are no lags or issues with CW.
