Apologies for the late reply. We’ve been experiencing a high number of support tickets recently, and while we normally respond quickly, this delay was due to ongoing updates and improvements to the loader.

- We had disabled the loader to work on security. There were major anti-cheat updates, so we took our time to ensure everything was safe and working properly. The loader has been updated 2 days ago and we are sorry for late reply. 

- All lost time compensated with bonus time.
