Fraudulent charges with an account that sends money without the consent of the account holder or/and any kind of frauds will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken. We do not allow the user to share or resell his account, it will result in your account being instantly disabled or permanently terminated.

Refunds are only allowed if our products haven't been downloaded or used. We have a good track system, so only our track system can tell us if you are allowed to be refunded. If you have downloaded or used our software; no reasons, no claims and no complains can result in a refund.

This refund policy won't be valid if the payment has been done with Cryptocurrencies. If you purchase a products with Cryptocurrencies, no refunds are possible.

Tampering with our Client software to bypass any security mechanism or to dismantle our Client software will result in your account being disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken.

Using the Search Function

Many questions have already been answered by the admins, moderators or members. In the most cases the use of the search function leads to the answer of your question.

Deleting Forum Posts

If a member has violated the rules with his contribution it will get deleted. Threads can be deleted if nobody responds to it within 2 Weeks.

Bans of Members

Members of the forum can be banned if they have violated the rules several times. In case of serious offense, the admins and moderators reserve the right to immediately ban them. The AimexCheats Team is also entitled to ban members for other than the here represented reasons.

Account Rules

Multiaccounts, Accountsharing, as well as the sale of the account is not allowed on aimexcheats.com and will be punished with a Ban. The sale as well as the gifting of cracked/hacked accounts is not permitted.

Content Management

The AimexCheats Team reserves the right to move, revise or delete content at any time. This can be done without prior knowledge of the author. Each member is responsible for his contributions and the content (texts, pictures, links etc.). Contributions that violate the rules will be deleted.
