Curious about "legit cheating" in apex

So before I go to buy this, is there any form of lowering the obviousness of it? As in I can make it where it looks as legit as possible on low fov / not sticky? I'm currently in plat and the further I go the more likely people will be able to tell im cheating if im just obvious (on my team if they spec me ofc), or is it mainly for rage cheating? Also, do they instant hwid ban? or acc ban 1st then hwid? I'm kinda confused on the ban process of RE, ik the risks and all, don't really care about my main acc in all honesty, just curious about if anyone has figured out how they go about banning.

cheat has smoothing and fov control, you should be able to config it to be more of an aim assist, or have it on toggle (change aimkey)

only problem i have with it for legit cheating is that the vis check doesnt take into account loot boxes, doors and some other objects

Does apex's cheater come with a machine code, or I need to purchase HWID Spoofer separately，But there is no HWID Spoofer in the store
