Two questions before buying

I wanted to ask if I have to change windows parameters such as core isolation, firewall, etc. to start cheats.

The second question is if the ones for mw3 have silent aim and if I have to do something special to avoid being tracked, like start a spoofer or something similar.

We focus on legit/semi rage gameplay and do not have rage features (such as silent aim, flying cars etc) as it adds additional detection vectors. We focus more on security and legit features for streaming and tournaments.
Sppofer is not necessary unless you are HWID ban. Its always recommended to use good permanent spoofer if you want to start fresh.
Setting up cheat is simple and no need for special changes. Basically download and run all though disabling windows security is necessary to run any cheating software not just Aimex.
